Our leading industry operations centre at Beverley provides a 24 hour-a-day service. This enables Chem-Dry UK to manage routine, scheduled cleaning and emergency or disaster recovery incidents. Such disasters include Water and Flooding or Fire and Smoke restoration work, with the urgency demanded by insurance companies, policyholders and customers generally.
The Chem-Dry Network provides a speedy response and delivers consistently high standards of cleaning and restoration. Nationally over 750 field based operators ensure an individual service with flexible arrangement and a close partnership with all customers. Our customer-focussed Claims Management system allows us to continually anticipate changes and initiate ideas for service and process improvements.

In conjunction with one another, Head Office , Master Franchising and Centre of Excellence operate an ISO 9001:2000 Quality Management System as well as the Environmental Management System that complies with ISO 14001:2004.
The environmental policy states:
