Reappearing Carpet Stains? No problem with Chem-Dry

Carpet Stains reappear in the same place after cleaning for two reasons. 1) They were never thoroughly removed in the first place and the soaps used and/or the uncleaned sticky substance collects more dirt; or 2) The unwanted material is forced down below the surface of the carpet by a high pressure steam cleaning unit - only to "wick" back up as the carpet dries.

Our cleaning system thoroughly removes stains quickly and efficiently, without causing more problems in the process and as our technicians apply our solutions sparingly, with high pressure, wicking is not a problem.

You can be reassured, if for some uncharacteristic reason a spot does reappear, then we will return to rectify the problem.
