Appoint Chem-Dry for the following incidents

Stop! Filter out and appoint replacement
Items to filter out immediately
- Battery acid
- Bleach
- Burns/scorch marks
- Cartridge ink
- Cement
- Curry
- Enamel
- Fabric dye
- Foam backed carpet, coir, sea grass & coconut matting
- Glass (unless indemnity accepted)
- Hair dye
- Irn Bru/Original Lucozade
- Printer ink

- Policyholder has attempted to remove stain using a DIY stain removal product, e.g. Vanish, 1001, Shout, Stain Devil, Mr. Muscle, supermarket products, bleach, turps etc.
- Policyholder has rubbed or scrubbed the stain
- Rotten carpet
- Solvent based stain on leather upholstery or Buffalo suites e.g. paint, ink
- Suede upholstery
- Super glue
- Woodstain
- Where carpet is less than 9m2
Where the carpet is worth more than £1000 we will attend regardless of the above |
