Our success is built upon a unique cleaning and restoration system, a central claims handling centre and the largest network of highly skilled technicians in the UK. We view ourselves as an extension to the Insurance Company's claims team.

Within the Head Office operation we aim to provide a fast,effective, customer-focussed service to assist in settling claims to the policyholders satisfaction.

Each claim we receive from an Insurance Company is validated in our Customer Services Centre and then passed to the nearest, correctly qualified operative from our team of over 750 nationally.

Our operators are trained to the industry's highest standards to deal with Fire and Smoke Damage restoration, Flood and Water Damage restoration and of course Carpet and Upholstery, Stain Removal and Anti-microbial Application and Cleaning.
