Hi Alex, the carpets look so much better than before - obviously the carpet is worn downstairs so it would never have looked as new, but the whole effect is much improved. I'm glad you managed to get the water stain out from the carpet in Reception - it makes a big difference when visitors arrive.
You have done really well with the carpets upstairs with virtually all stains having disappeared. Even the old coffee (I think it was coffee) stain in the Showroom has gone.

We use them about twice a year to clean all of or carpets and it’s a pleasure every time. Alex always arrives when he says he will. The work is carried out quickly and to a very high standard “the carpets look brand new”. My furniture is restored to its original place and we are free to walk on the carpets after only a few hours.
I’ve used other companies in the past including some bargain basement outfits but I certainly will only use Chem-Dry Britannia in the future.
